  Caring for our father from a distance after our mother died was an exceedingly difficult task. We were all relieved when he decided to call Love Right to assist him with making his meals. I remember the day when Jessica met with him in his home for the assessment. He told me about her professionalism and their interesting conversation. We all knew he would need more help than just meal prep, and Love Right had a plan to build trust and add services as necessary. After he entered rehab, Jessica and I communicated directly. She stood ready to help with whatever services would be necessary upon discharge. She compassionately checked in with me, just to see how he was doing. Unfortunately, my father passed away. Jessica offered sincere condolences and a prompt refund. I encourage anyone who needs a little help to contact Love Right.

  Entering this phase of our lives - caring for an aging relative - has not been easy.  However, Jessica and Will are making it much easier and very quickly.  Jessica has made sure she understands the needs of our uncle, as well as those of my husband and myself.  She has recommended appropriate and caring staff.  Needs change, and when a change in caregiver was necessary, Jessica found the best person to address those changing needs.
