After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to provide the convenience of reoccuring billing..

Refund Policy

Rendered Services

Love Right Home Care, LLC is a Referral Agency providing Professional Caregiver Referrals. We do not offer refunds on services render.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the service the caregivers are providing in your home or elsewhere, you may; request a change in personnel or cancel services with your caregiver.

Cancelling Services

If you have initiated service with Love Right Home Care, LLC and it’s affiliated professional caregivers with a deposit of funds for services not yet rendered and you choose to cancel, we will refund the full deposit in the same manner in which it was paid within 10 days from date of cancellation.
If you have received partial service for funds paid in advance, you will be refunded the remaining amount in which there was no service. This will be refunded by check within 10 days from date of cancellation.
