Senior Citizens are incredible, let us count the ways.

  1. We’ve learned all we know from those that are much older than us.  The cycle of learning started with them.  Wisdom is how we learn from the success and failures of those that came before us.
  2. They’ve been through some of the worst hardships in our country’s history.  The Great Depression, Pearl Harbor, WWII, Vietnam,
  3. Work Ethic.  I know I don’t speak for everyone, but I’ve learned to work hard for the life I live.  All of that was taught to me by the hardest working generation, our senior citizens.
  4. Massive Accomplishments.  For example:  Space travel, Modern transportation, the industrial Revolution, just to name a few.  Today’s senior citizens did those things.
  5. HealthCare.  People are living much longer than any time in known history, due to the advancements of healthcare.  Our senior citizens laid most of the ground work for modern healthcare.  It’s more common than ever for people to live into their 100’s.  Wow!
